Standard Delivery Cycle

① Regular In-Stock Products

After payment confirmation: Arrange shipment within 3 working days

② Custom/Manufactured Products

Design confirmation and deposit received: Start calculating production period Regular custom order: 15-20 working days Large quantity/complex process: 30-45 working days After sample confirmation, proceed to mass production

Factors that may affect delivery time

- Order modifications, delays in design confirmation

- Shortage of fabrics/accessories, scheduling of special processes

- Holidays, congestion of large promotional orders

- Force majeure (weather, logistics control, customs, etc.)

- Delay in final payment
